I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Radisson Hotel in Srinagar for a week-long trip, and I cannot express how wonderful my experience was. From the moment I checked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and a level of hospitality that made me feel right at home. The entire staff greets guests with warm smiles and a welcoming attitude. Additionally, for breakfast, they also offer Kashmiri noon chai, which was a delightful experience for me 😊. One of the highlights of my stay was the exceptional service provided by Mr. Tahir, who went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and memorable. He was always there to assist with any questions or requests I had, and his professionalism and genuine care for guests truly stood out. His dedication to making my stay pleasant was greatly appreciated and made a significant difference in my overall experience. The room I stayed in was not only spacious but also impeccably clean, and the bathroom, in particular, was a shining example of the hotel's commitment to hygiene and guest comfort. It's evident that the Radisson Hotel Srinagar takes cleanliness seriously, which is especially important during these times. I was pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail in maintaining the room and bathroom. Safe as well as an iron and ironing board, were not initially available in the room. However, upon contacting room service, a new digital safe was promptly installed, and the required iron and related accessories were quickly provided.

So, I had read reviews about the property where people who had made bookings through third party weren’t given accommodation etc., and as my booking was a last minute one through booking.com; I too was curious as to the nature of this issue. Thankfully, the people at the property responded and confirmed my booking. It was smooth sailing post; from pickup at the airport, to checking in and the stay. They even helped in booking a car for few hours for sight seeing around Srinagar. The food is good, though I had hoped for more local delicacies. The only issue I had was with the extension phone which had a lose connection, but other than that was a pleasant stay. One of the plus is the location.

We asked for a room with a view and got a 4th floor corner room with panorama windows on two sides with a view of Sankara hill. We could enjoy sunrise over the mountains from the room. The room was quite large with a very comfortable spring mattress and pillows ensuring we slept well. The breakfast spread was sumptuous and the a la carte menu delicious. The staff were very hospitable, pleasant, and helpful. We enjoyed meals in the central atrium to melodious music. Air conditioning was perfect.

Was very pleased with their hospitality and very friendly services..Best bit was LOTS of Vegetarian Food was served everyday which made our stay even better...Beautiful Place in fact a slice of Paradise on Earth. ISHFAQ bhai on the reception was very helpful and allowed us late check out by four hours as we had a late evening flight .Thoroughly Enjoyed

Staff behaviour,my wife was sick and the frontdesk promptly arranged emergency medicines,that also in late evening...it was an excellent experience,we were in room no 202 and the view of mountains was very good,in early morning,I recommend this hotel,the ambience was excellent
